CABINET DELIVERY TERMS

JSI cabinets and accessories are shipped approximately 1 to 2 weeks after your order is received. Please be aware that due to the current global Covid pandemic you may experience a delay or a backorder associated with your JSI cabinet order. We will make every effort to keep you informed and updated if either of these situations happen to effect your order. All orders over $2500.00 include free delivery. On all orders shipped LTL (Less than Truck Load), the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment has arrived at their distribution facility.

All shipping addresses must be capable of accommodating a large tractor-trailer. If your location cannot accommodate this, you must notify us prior to purchasing so that additional arrangements can be made to deliver to you.

All LTL deliveries are tailgate only unless additional liftgate service is purchased by the customer. Tailgate delivery means that the freight company is only responsible for moving the pallets to the tailgate or end of the trailer. The customer is then responsible to unload the items from the trailer. It is advised that you have help in unloading as some of the items can be large and/or bulky.

The freight company will not wait for unpacking and inspection to be completed. Please note any obvious damage to the driver on the bill of lading. You have the right to open any damaged box to inspect the contents for damage. The driver and homeowner will sign the bill of lading and the customer will get a copy.

During unpacking, please check that all items have arrived. Please note any hidden damage found while unboxing the items and also any missing items. Notify The JSI Store as soon as possible regarding any missing or damaged parts from you LTL delivery. Damage claims require a picture of the damage and the label on the box.

Small orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Appointments are not necessary for these shipments and will be delivered to your address as per standard UPS or FedEx delivery procedures. As above, please inspect these items and contact The JSI Store regarding missing or damaged items with 48 hours of delivery.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
