NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of this order as they have not performed field measurements to insure the correct fit of the ordered items. I further acknowledge that by transmitting credit card or payment information, I am agreeing to and accepting these are the items I wish to purchase. I also acknowledge that I must inspect the product upon delivery for signs of damage and report any damage to the delivery driver for purposes of documentation of said damage. Any damage found after the time of delivery will be described as concealed damage and must be reported to Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store within 10 days from the time of delivery. In the case of concealed damage, the damaged product will be replaced by Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store only if it can be shown that the damage occurred prior to delivery. Any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the product purchase in a timely manner with a valid payment method. You authorize Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store to charge your credit card, charge card, or debit card (herein “Payment Method”) for all charges to your accounts with Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store. When you make a purchase, you authorize us and Authorize.net (our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the Payment Method you designate for the transaction.
You acknowledge and agree that any credit card and related billing and payment information that you provide to Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store may be shared by Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store with third parties, such as payment processors and/or credit agencies, solely for the purpose of checking credit, effecting payment to Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store and servicing your account.
We will bill your card at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. If you pay by debit card and your payment results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee. If your Payment Method fails or your account is past due, you agree to pay all amounts due on your account upon demand and reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized or accepted. Except as may be set forth herein, any fees charged to your account are non-refundable. You agree to submit any disputes regarding any charge to your account in writing to Caseworx LLC dba The JSI Store within thirty (30) days of such charge, otherwise such dispute will be waived and such charge will be final and not subject to challenge.
